The thought of kicking up into a handstand can make many of us feel afraid and heavy. In this workshop we will break through fear and find lightness and control. Beginning with a flow designed to prepare your body for handstands, we will then move into specific drills and finish with a well deserved savasana. The goal is that you will leave understanding that you can apply the same principles to all balancing poses —- from bakasana (crow pose) to pressing up into a handstand. Liz has been practicing yoga daily for many years and doesn’t believe that there is a magic trick to nailing a handstand - it comes from practice and taking time to feel/listen to your body. She cannot wait to share with you!
