Illuminate Your Yoga Practice through Meditation and Philosophy

Students will learn and practice different forms of mediation while exploring essential yoga philosophy and history through interactive lectures and storytelling. Modules are designed with the yoga teacher in mind, providing tools and instruction on how to incorporate meditation and philosophy into classes, but are suitable for the novice Yogi as well.

About the Instructor

Michael Stasko was born and raised in Miami and earned a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology. In 2007, Michael was deeply moved by a series of spiritual experiences that prompted him to leave his career as an analyst for Boeing Satellite System and begin an inward journey. For the last eleven years, Michael has dedicated his life to serving his Guru and Spiritual Master, Her Holiness Amma Sri Karunamayi, learning yoga, philosophy, pranayama, meditation, ritual worship and other Vedic practices.
