Find out your body’s own individual blueprint. We’ll discover how the elements of air, fire, water, and earth determine our unique constitution. Understanding your personal “prakruti” or nature will help you maintain health, chose foods, enjoy emotional well-being and balance throughout life.
Dinacharya – Ayurvedic Daily Routine
Yogic Time Management: Learn how to create a daily schedule and self care routine that aligns and harmonizes us with the Earth’s natural circadian rhythms and cycles. Find out the best times to wake, eat, cleanse, work, exercise, rest, and sleep. We will go over simple body care practices that keep our organs and body systems functioning optimally.
* This session includes a “dinacharya starter kit” that will help you to begin your Ayurvedic routine.
ABOUT AVANI SUKHADIA
Avani Sukhadia is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Certified Holistic Health Practitioner Professional, and Member of NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association)
Avani comes from a family lineage of Indian physicians and healers. Growing up in a traditional Vedic home, she has been living by ayurvedic and yogic principles all her life. She has been formally studying and practicing natural medicine since 1998. She is a graduate of New York University’s pre-medical program and has since trained with some of the most respected teachers and gurus of Ayurveda including Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. David Frawley, Dr. Mahadavan, Vaidya Ramakant Mishra, and Swami Sadashiva Tirtha. Avani has been an Ayurvedic educator since 2002, offering classes, lectures, and workshops around the country. Avani lives in the mystical mountains of Sedona, Arizona with her daughter, where she has an Ayurveda Spa & Holistic Health Center.
