Evening Class with Kirtan - 2 hrs

In an ancient text called The Hatha Yoga Pradipika, it is said that we can hear the effect of the yoga practice in the sound of our voice. When our voice becomes clear, melodious and resonant, it is a sign that yoga is working. In this class, we will first focus on different iterations of an asana to experience what a "sound", aligned body feels like and we will end class with by listening to the sound of our voice through chanting ancient mantras Kirtan style.
