Join Marque, as he takes us through a series of foundational arm balance poses like Bakasana (crow/ crane) and Parsva Bakasana (side crow), just to name a couple.

Arm balances are the very embodiment of strength. When they are done well, they build a strong foundation for your yoga practice. And, they are empowering, emboldening and FUN! You are not expected to know how to do these poses coming in… Quite the contrary. The aim is to build up to these arm balances progressively and skillfully. Expect to work hard, have fun, and have arm balance breakthroughs!
