I registered for Ahana Yoga’s Teacher Training after examining three other popular programs. I had a wish to deepen my practice and have a greater understanding of yoga philosophy, and this teacher training did just that and more. The level of rigor, personal attention and availability of the instructors provided for a beautiful and transformational experience. I was able to complete the training while working a full-time job, and now I teach yoga and lead classes with confidence. Ahana is the BEST!
