With a lifelong passion for movement and wellness, Brenna brings a distinctive and transformative integration of dance and yoga to every class. Starting her dance journey at age two, she has always felt a profound connection between mind and body, continuously exploring and teaching this sacred harmony through yoga. Brenna graduated from the Ahana 200hr teaching training, further deepening her knowledge and practice. Her journey includes ongoing exploration of movement intricacies within the body and the expansive mental space yoga cultivates. In her classes, Brenna offers a sanctuary of alignment, breath work, and mindfulness, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where all can flourish. Whether one is beginning or experienced, Brenna is dedicated to guiding their path toward growth, self-discovery, and inner peace.
